Hey everyone,
Just in case you're interested I have posted the Wyong/Central coast water report listing average ion concentrations relevant to brewing. Its all there (except SO4)- Ca, Mg, Cl, Na, Total Hardness in HCO3 and H2CO3. Should be all you need for calculating your water additions.
One thing to note - Low Calcium!
As it didn't come with sulphate levels, does anyone have access to this level?

Damn, I cant attach it. Ill just try and paste below

Water Suppy Authority − Wyong Shire Council (WY)
Supply System − Wyong (01)
Date Range −
From − 11 April 2011
To − 11 April 2012
Sample Type/s − All
Laboratory/s − All
Parameter/s −
Calcium - 16.35 mg/L
Chloride - 58 mg/L
Mg - 4.8 mg/L
pH - 7.44
Na - 180 mg/L
Total Hardness as CaCO3 - 60
Treated Carbonate Alkalinity - 0 mg/l expressed as calcium carbonate
Treated Bicarbonate Alkalinity - 30 mg/l expressed as calcium carbonate

I use gosfords one from 2009-2010
Ca 14
Chloride 72
S04 39
Total hardness as CaC03 58

They are similar numbers when I compare the printed one I have to the numbers you've posted...one glaring difference is that sodium in 2009 was 55 compared to 180 Shocked

Yeh i all ways add calcium, usually calcium sulphate and calcium chloride. When I get a new recipe I work out how much calcium to add to get me in an acceptable mash ph and calcium levels above 50ppm.add calciumm mix to mash and test with a digital probe I got from jay car.I don't bother with additions to sparge water so probably not getting calcium up very high in final product but I do add yeast nutrient prior to end of boil.for example, kolsch I make gets 3gms each of cs04 and calchloride.
P.s also us either more or less of each calcium to get me a calcium/sulphate ratio that's apparently optimal for style...you know what imeen,,I think Laughing

Thanks for posting this. I've been searching for this info for a while and even called council with no luck.

So based on the results, what is the best way to calculate what & how much additions to use?

So what additions would you want in tank water ?
I guess we would have a bit of dust from the roof.
